Get Ready for Your Bearded Dorkfish Photography Session!

The Bearded Dorkfish (Randy) will send you email from randy@beardeddorkfishphotography.com or text or call you from 303 990 0713. You will be provided with a Google Maps pin to the meet point. There are some areas on Vieques that do not have great cellular service, so if you need to communicate with me prior to the meet up, don't wait until you are in a remote location with no signal. 

Please do not use Waze or Apple Maps on Vieques. THEY WILL GET YOU LOST. 

Your photo shoot starts at the meet time. 

• I will meet you at the location specified. I will communicate with you prior to make sure you understand where you are going, when, and how you are getting there. 
• Not all beaches are accessible with taxis. There is no Uber on Vieques. You should rent a car (I don't recommend golf carts) and have plenty of time to pick it up before you leave to the meet point. 
• Plan two hours to eat a sit down meal on Vieques. Service times are not consistently quick depending on where you go, and two hours is a reasonable estimate especially during busy season (December-April). 
• If you message me the day of our session telling me you are late, you are cutting into your photo session time. It is critical especially for sunset photo shoots that we start on time. Please plan accordingly!

READ THIS!

• Billing time - The photo shoot starts when I am set up at the meet point, or at the designated meet time, whichever is later. I always strive to respect your time, please do the same for me. Be ready to go by the meet time so you aren't paying me while you apply sunscreen or get changed! The photo shoot ends after the allotted time or when we agree to be done, whichever comes first. 
• Deposit - I require half the package price as a nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is applied to your total price. The remainder is due 48 hours before your shoot time. Packages booked within 48 hours of the shoot time will be paid in full up front. Your appointment is not final unless a deposit is received. 
• Payments - I accept cash, Venmo or Zelle. I can send a request to you for whichever type of payment you wish to use. Cash is preferred and a $20 discount will be given for fully cash payments. 
• No Shows - I do not typically do refunds, but I am reasonable. If you miss your appointment and want to rebook I will give you a 25% discount on the new booking. If I have to cancel, I will issue a refund. If we have to reschedule due to weather related issues, there will be no fee/charge. In the event that weather does not clear before your scheduled departure, your deposit will be refunded back to you. 

I realize you are on vacation and things sometimes change, but I have to maintain a schedule and be a good steward of my time and finances in order to continue to do my conservation and volunteer work. Thank you for understanding!
